Katy Lambright Series
You know what a "conglomeration" is, don't you? A mix of stuff. What that means is you never know what will show up here! Maybe a contest to win neat things like a gift card to a bookstore or a CD. Or recipes, or directions to make crafts like my Aunt Rebecca makes in her shop. Then again, it could be photographs of cool things that've been happening.

For now, let me share a recipe with you. My dad loves sweets, and I fix dessert for almost every supper at our house. EASY PEACH COBBLER is one of his favorites, and it is really is super easy.

You'll need:
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 large can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. shredded coconut (optional)

PREHEAT oven to 350-degrees. Pour peaches into the bottom of a 9x13" cake pan. If you're including coconut, sprinkle it over the peaches. Then put the dry cake mix over the peaches/coconut mixture. Drizzle the butter over the cake mix. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cake mix looks brown and bubbly. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream--really yummy!
